Can I inflate to less than the recommended level?

One issue with the "custom fit" chair was that it was uncomfortable on my bony bum.
Best Answer
BEST ANSWER
We recommend inflating the ball to have a 52 cm diameter. At this level the ball will have the best fit with the chair base and is most ergonomically beneficial.

However, if this is uncomfortable for you, feel free to play around with the ball size to find what level works best for you.

What are the ball diameters?

What is the diameter of the large ball? Is it the same ball in the Beginners Pilates package?
The kit comes with one large ball that is 6" in diameter and two small balls that are each 3" in diameter

What kind of Pilates/yoga is this video using?

There are many different types of yoga and Pilates, and I just want to know which type it uses, so that I can log this activity.
That is an excellent question! While, the workouts on the DVD are influenced by Pilates and Yoga movements, they cannot be considered one specific type of yoga. The workouts were designed by Tanja Djelevic to show you exercises to do specifically with your Balanceball. Both workouts are designed to improve core strength and balance as well as tone the body.
