What kind of Pilates/yoga is this video using?
There are many different types of yoga and Pilates, and I just want to know which type it uses, so that I can log this activity.
That is an excellent question! While, the workouts on the DVD are influenced by Pilates and Yoga movements, they cannot be considered one specific type of yoga. The workouts were designed by Tanja Djelevic to show you exercises to do specifically with your Balanceball. Both workouts are designed to improve core strength and balance as well as tone the body.
