Very Unhappy..
PostedMay 27, 2012
I was so hoping that this would be the answer for my neck problems especially after all the great reviews. First of all the smell is atrocious!! Secondly, I found this to be so cheaply made and unsturdy. It was wobbly and barely held my neck/head. Not a good fit for me whatsoever. Very sad about this but will be sending back.

Soooo Needed This!!

I initially thought this would be perfect to use while recovering from a recent surgery as I would be spending a good deal of time in the bed. I love it!! Now I also use it on my couch as well! I love my leather sectional but could not for the life of me get comfortable in spite of using several throw pillows etc. This has solved ALL my problems! Love the adjustable neck holder and having the side pockets is just the icing on the cake! The lumbar support pillow is divine! This is a must have so do not hesitate!!!

The odor issue

Any updates on whether or not the odor diminished?? I am highly sensitive to certain smells so am very concerned about this problem.

I purchsed the Real ease for my neck and it has an odor...might be from the packaging? I have it in the garage trying to air out. Is this normal?

I too found the odor to be atrocious! Almost triggered a migraine...didn't much care for this product and returned it.

How do I adjust the headrest?

I cannot get the headrest to support as shown on the photos. I have to slump down to get the head and neck support. If I sit up straight, the headrest offers no support at all.

On mine it is simply a matter of pulling it up or pushing it down. I find it extremely comfortable & I have had neck surgery & still suffer with severe neck problems. I love this product!

It doesn't say if this white, tunic blouse is 100% organic cotton. Is it not 100%? Or is it a blend?

Here is the blouse web page: http://www.gaiam.com/product/organic+cotton+woven+tunic+shirt.do

The tag on the inside of the shirt reads "100% Organic Cotton".

Does it need to be ironed then? Thanks!

I think that had I removed it immediately from the dryer I would say no. I don't really iron unless absolutely necessary anyway! I think if you smooth it out while it is still a lil damp then hang dry you could do without ironing.
