What I like about Mari Winsor is how she thoroughly explains the correct form for each move and emphasizes form throughout. Some of the moves are pretty advanced, but there is a person demonstrating the modified variation of each move for beginners or less flexible people like me. In addition, it's nice that you can choose between the 25 minute and 55 minute workouts. This dvd is beneficial for hard-core pilates pros and beginners alike.
I have almost all of Ana Caban's dvds, and this one is a really good, basic one to have. It requires no props, which is preferable to me, and it moves quickly between the different exercises, so you're working the whole time (some other dvds take a bit more time setting up and explaining each new move, so you don't get as much bang for your buck). I recommend it.
