I hung these during the day and later in the evening called the family out to see the surprise. Everyone thought they were beautiful. Wish I could afford more than the three but very happy with them.

Can the solar panels be mounted away from the lights?

Are the solar panels attached and part of the lights? Or can the solar panels be mounted separately from the lights in a sunnier spot? If so, how far away can they be mounted?
The panels are attached; as you fully open the "ball" the panel is not easy to reach-you'd have to collapse them to do so. They look like orange full moons when lit, with not too much sun exposure (thus far!)
