I have been using Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners DVD everyday for a couple of months. I love it. Can you recommend where to go from here?
I actually got the AM/PM DVD but don't care for it as much because it doesn't go over all the different poses like the Beginner Yoga DVD does.

I would say it is time for a book. Mr. Yee has several. Check out the one "8 weeks to balance (or similar to that). I take each day of his program and do it for a full week. So by the end of the first week you will have been in it for one month. The book gives you explanations, varriations, and ever increasing challenges. By the end of the 8 (months), you will be ready to answer that question very well, with your own personalized program. (made by you)
