Great Yoga Towel
PostedMay 25, 2011
Very absorbent towel, perfect for hot yoga. I really like how it's the same length as the yoga mat.

Can Thirsty Yoga Towels be used alone?

Can Thirsty Yoga Towels be used alone? Or does it haave to go on the top a regular yoga mat?
Most yoga studio's I've been to have hard wood flooring. A Yoga mat provides the necessary cushion. Also, a mat provides the user a stable area to practice the balance and stretching poses. Using just a towel would be too slippery. I find it's great to have them both.
