How well will the bag handle a mat, shoes and 2x10lb weights?

I need a bag that will allow me to comfortably carry a mat and also the shoes and weights that I use in my cardio & strength training classes. I use two 10 lb hand weights and also sometimes 5 lb leg weights.I can lift and haul around the weight myself OK, but I'm ripping through the bottom of the all cotton bag I've only been for the last week. Thanks!
I don't think this one bag will fit your needs, probably need two bags, one sturdy bag for your weights.

I use two mats . Rolled together they are about 6 1/2 to 7" in circumference. Will the two mats fit in this bag?

Yes!

I practice Moksha Yoga, is there enough room for a mat and a beach towel?

I think so, the opening at the top is like a big bag, very convenient.
