Suddha Eco Yoga Mat
PostedJuly 5, 2012
Loved the thickness (4mm), still thin enough to not affect balance but thick enough to provide sufficient cushioning. My hands sweat when I exercise so I slip on ANY mat I use but since using the grippy gloves Gaiam also sells, slipping is no longer an issue. I like that this mat is eco conscious, has 2 colours so you can use either side for a colour change :) Wished it also came in a longer length.

Grippy Yoga gloves
PostedJuly 5, 2012
This item does what it is advertised to do, keep you from slipping on your mat. My hands sweat when I exercise so this item works great for me. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is - my hands/fingers are slender so even though the gloves themselves don't move on the mat, my hands shift within the gloves allowing the gloves to wedge between my fingers which isn't very comfortable and can be distracting when trying to hold a pose.
