Pleasantly Surprised

My acupuncturist recommended the chi machine to improve the circulation in my feet and legs (I have MS). Wow! No more cold toes or frozen shins! I've seen similar products advertised, but for nearly twice the cost. What a find!

could this be dangerous for someone with a pacemaker

My mother is 95 and has circulation problems. I'm wondering if this would be too hard on her even at he lowest speed and time limit?

If she can get down on the floor by herself and can raise her feet unassisted, she'll probably be okay. If she's frail, I wouldn't recommend it. Safest bet: Consult her doctor before beginning this or any exercise program.
