LOVE this product!
PostedAugust 11, 2010
Yes, I'm a hand & foot sweater and for years I was frustrated by all the slipping and sliding I did on my mat. I just started back to yoga practice and noticed another student with one. I looked it up online, found this and ordered it. Money well spent! I love it in class and it washes well. I hang it outside to dry. I highly recommend this!

Does the Thirsty Yoga towel have rubber on the back to keep it from slipping on the mat?

No, but if you have a regular sticky mat it stays on pretty well. Sometimes I do have to smooth and readjust it, but it's minimal.
