Worthwhile Workout!

When you begin this workout, you might think it will be too easy. I have to say that especially in the abdominals section of the workout, even the instructor is shaking. The stability disk is killer for your abs, legs, and arms. This set gives you a good amount of intensity without it being too much.

Where exactly is the motion sensitivity switch?

My pedometer is counting too many steps as I walk, so I went on here to find out how I might fix it. Someone mentioned a motion sensitivity switch, but I can't find a switch of any kind anywhere on it. Can someone tell me where it is specifically?

Is there a weight limit for the balance disc? If so, what is the limit?

I read that the limit was 250. I myself may even bee a little over 250 but this disc certainly is proving to be strong. During the workout, you dont really put all your weight on it, so It's not too much of an issue

What is the level of the resistance cord in the Total Body Cross Training kit?

This is the kit with the purple inflatable stability disc and covered resistance cord w/ handles.
I'd say that this is a medium resistance cord. In the dvd they sometimes fold it in half for some exercises to make the resistance greater.
