When is the latest I should exercise?
2 or 3 nights a week I get off at 8pm. I go to bed by 10 since i get up at 4:30am 5 days a week. Gotta love 2nd jobs. Some say to not exercise after 3 hours before bed so your body can quiet down. Will it be ok to do this before bed and not have it keep me up? I am assuming yes because it IS yoga, but I do have problems sleeping. Sorry so long of a question and this is my first yoga experience.
