This is definitely an intermediate level of yoga. It was difficult at first, and I had to work my way up to doing the full hour. Now, I can do the whole hour and i'ts very physically satisfying. Now that my body has become accustomed to it, my muscles crave the level of stretching that this DVD provides. It helped me lose weight and keeps me in shape currently.

I've bought a few copies of this DVD as a gift for friends and family who also enjoy yoga, and they have found it enjoyable as well.
