Didn't use it as much as I thought

Hi, I bought this cd because I do yoga frequently and missed going to class. While the flow was nice, the positions were not all achievable for me! So I would tell the prospective purchaser to beware of that element. Back to Hatha for me.

These are nice lined tab top curtains. I won't know how they insulate until it gets colder!

I've had 6 spinal fusions and have further back damage but no longer candidate for surgeries. Is this low impact enough for my type back problem?

I have been told to seek any type of relief other than another surgery, Yoga being one of them. Is this a good Yoga exercise for a problem back?

It says the DVD had five workouts. Are they each separate or are they all part of one larger complete workout? And how long is each workout? Thanks!

They are separate but flow together as yoga does, some from sitting, some from standing, etc. There is also shavasana
