band colors?

I have recently started to take yoga, and the class includes use of bands like these. I had physical therapy some years ago, and the bands were graded by color: yellow, green, red, blue, black (from easy to difficult); our yoga bands are similarly colored. Using that scale, I should use a red band. Should I order a "medium", and, if so, what color will it be?

SunPipe-9 Skylight, 2' Kit
SunPipe-9 Skylight, 2' Kit
This is how skylights were meant to be. The SunPipe adds beautiful daylight to your house without high expense, framing and drywall work, heat gain and loss or fabric bleaching. Collected above the roof, the sunlight is transferred through a mirror-finish aluminum pipe to a diffusing lens in the ceiling. Easily done by a handy homeowner, installation takes two to three hours on average.

Two sizes are available. The SunPipe-9 is for up to approximately 100 sq. ft of floor space while the SunPipe-13 covers up to approximately 240 sq. ft. At midday the 13" SunPipe delivers more cool, free sunlight than a dozen 100-watt light bulbs, and the 9" SunPipe transfers about half as much light.

The SunPipe Kits provide all the parts you'll need including templates and a complete installation guide. Order a pipe length that equals at least your ceiling-to-roof distance through the attic, plus 1 ft. The pipe has to extend up through the flashing so add an extra 2 ft. section if in doubt. Extra pipe length will telescope if needed. The standard galvanized flashing covers 0/12 to 6/12 roof pitches; the steep roof flashing covers 6/12 to 12/12 roof pitches and is a substitute for the standard flashing in the kit. The all-metal flashings are galvanized to G-90 standard with a 60-year life expectancy. Optional elbows adjust from 0° to 45°. 10-year mfg. warranty. USA.

Are there options, e.g., switchable electric light and/or exhaust fan?

Solatube offers both; excellent for bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc. The electric light saves on installation, too; very good for kitchens, closets, etc.
